Twice a year ArcelorMittal Tubarão recognizes own and contractors’ employees who contributed to the growth of the Evoluir Program. The recognition ceremony regarding the second half of 2020 took place on February 23rd to 26th and honoured 67 people for their actions and attitudes.

The selection process takes into consideration important criteria such as change of mindset, engagement to and impact on the program, and problem criticality.
Respecting health protocols the ceremony took place online and included the participation of the Evoluir Program team, the board of directors, the area managers and the honourees.
