Idea generation – Clean roads
The ideas, projects, and initiatives to improve ArcelorMittal Tubarão's environmental performance keep coming at full speed, showing the engagement of its workers.
The material receiving and storage area team developed a simple device that strongly contributes to keeping the roads clean. The area receives approximately 30 to 40 lime trucks per day and the workers started to place a piece of tarp on the back of the trucks during unloading operations to prevent material from falling on the rear bumper and being dragged over the roads.
