Sustainability Agents: examples of how to evolve

ArcelorMittal Tubarão launched this week the “Sustainability Agent” program.

The initiative is part of the Evoluir Program and aims to raise even higher the level of environmental maturity of own and contractors’ employees working within Tubarão’s premises. This is a project designed for the internal publics of the company, which will also bear fruits to the people outside the company by strengthening and spreading the concept among own and contractors’ employees, family members and surrounding communities. 
Practically speaking, to be a Sustainability Agent means to be proactive, engaged and aware. As an Agent our own and contractors’ employees will be a reference in the subject motivating and fomenting good practices by example both inside and outside the company.
 
The official launching took place online on February 2nd and 4th and counted on the participations of own and contractors’ personnel leadership.
