Clear roads around the Steel Shop
Giving priority to environmental actions and care, ArcelorMittal Tubarão teams have been working to continuously improve their operational processes.
One of the changes was the development of measures to prevent the fall of material in the Steel Shop Ground Bins during the unloading of dumper trucks, an activity that has been performed for some time in the company. By using a canvas protection, the rear bumper of the trucks remains clean after the unloading process, thus maintaining the roads clean. Keeping in mind that better than cleaning is not getting it dirty. This measure is an initiative of the Steel Shop that can be used all over the plant.
