An EPD is an independently produced and audited document that summarizes information about the environmental life cycle of products and their impacts. In the construction segment, it is considered as a voluntary declaration – made by suppliers hired by contractors and builders, about the whole life cycle of materials used in given works. The company is already working to obtain an EPD for other products dedicated to the construction sector, such as mashes, trusses, annealed wire and nails.
