Based on a strategy of social co-participation, the program combines direct investments in actions carried out by partners to promote interaction with public agencies and other institutions dedicated to subjects that cover:
- Social inclusion;
- Promotion of education;
- Incentive to sports;
- Respect to Human Rights;
- Training for work;
- Health care;
- Community development.
The investment is dedicated to social actions developed in the area covered by ArcelorMittal Tubarão, and comprehends three areas:

Social InterAction – direct investment on actions carried out by partners in four municipalities of Greater Vitória (Cariacica, Serra, Vitória and Vila Velha). Every three years, the projects are selected by means of a public notice. The actions included in the notice are evaluated by a multidisciplinary jury formed by employees, representatives of regional public agencies and academic institutions.

- Sports InterAction – supports organizations dedicated to encourage the practice of sports in the communities surrounding the company. It directly benefits children and adolescents, who live in the neighborhoods of Serra and Vitória, with guided sports activities, including football, capoeira and beach volleyball.
- InterAction Volunteering – encourages employees to act as volunteers, promoting integration of the internal audience with the social actions developed in the local communities. Volunteers receive training to develop projects that contribute to the sustainability of social initiatives.
